The FreeOK 2012 Committee consists of talented and dedicated board directors and members of the Atheist Community of Tulsa (ACT) and Oklahoma Atheists (AOK).

Steven

A member and board trustee for the Atheist Community of Tulsa, Steven is a husband, father of three, and often confused with a sasquatch.

Michelle Ellis

Michelle has been a member of Oklahoma Atheists for over two years and is very active on the AOK board. She resides in Northwest Oklahoma City with partner Red McCall and their son Jackson. She enjoys working at outreach events for AOK, research, conversing with her partner and friends and meeting new people.

Sophia Hernandez

Sophia resides in Oklahoma City. She has a frozen yogurt addiction. Her favorite word is “cup”. She is not a fan of onions or willful ignorance. In her free time, Sophia walks around thinking about things; sometimes she sits. Sophia is thankful for bright colors, the internet, and sarcasm. She has been an active member of AOK since 2010 and also serves as vice president of the Oklahoma City Americans United for Separation of Church and State chapter.

William Poire

William is the founder of FreeOK and current president of the Atheist Community of Tulsa. He is the proud father of three beautiful children and husband to a wonderful and supportive wife, Cathy.

Eric Y.

Eric is a current vice president of the Atheist Community of Tulsa. He resides in the greater Tulsa metro with his two sons and fiancée, Amanda Harrolle. Eric was an integral part of the planning and execution of the FreeOK 2011 and is a participating committee member of FreeOK 2012.

Aimee Breeze

Aimee is a recent transplant from Salt Lake City, Utah to Oklahoma. Having raised three wonderful children, she is now a proud grandmother of three and works as a pipe designer for a large natural gas producer. As a passionate advocate of human rights, she has been a member of Oklahoma Atheists since March of 2011 and is currently serving on the board of the Americans United for Separation of Church and State Oklahoma Chapter.
